We render anything from brickwork to hardytex ac/blue board sheeting
to polystyrene to hebel and any lightweight structure.
On brickwork we
can use acrylic render or cement render. With acrylic render we apply
two coats of Unitex acrylic base coat. The benefits of acrylic render
are that it provides a waterproofing coat on the brickwork and has some
flexibility. Cement render however gives a mirror finish, perfectly
straight corners and covers any imperfection in the brickwork.
It is
recommended to use acrylic base coat with texture finish but a coat of
sealer is required if using cement render. A coat of sealer is also
recommended on top of the texture finish if close to the beach.
We
supply, install and render hardytex blue board. Acrylic render is
strongly recommended on this product as flexibility and minimal weight
is required. We treat the blue board joints with fibreglass mesh, Unitex
polymer render, stainless steel external cornerswhere needed and we
apply one coat of the same product all over. On polystyrene and hebel
sheetings fibreglass mesh is used all over with one coat
of Unitex polymer render and another base coat. We supply and install
architectural mouldings.
We use Unitex product mainly but we
occasionally use Technical Mouldings products when minimal weight is
required.
